Suggest a better descriptionIn a small bowl. combine spices. Rub the lard on all sides of the meat. Sprinkle with spices in rub in. Place in slow cooker and add onion, garlic, orange, lime juice and bay leaves. Cover and cook for 5-6 hours on high or 8-9 hours on low. When pork shreds easily with a fork, remove from slow cooker and let rest for 5 minutes. Shred with 2 forks. With slotted spoon, remove orange, onion, and bay leaves from slow cooker. Add shredded pork back into slow cooker and combine well to soak up juices. Place on lined baking pan and broil on high for 10-15 minutes or until crispy. Top with 1/4 cup guacamole per serving.
