Suggest a better descriptionCut pork pieces into thirds (like stew meat) and discard fat.
Combine pork with water and next four ingredients. Bring to boil.
Cover and simmer about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Pork needs to be partially (not fully) submerged, make sure it has enough water.
After 1 hour 45 minutes, uncover and let liquid reduce by half, about 10 minutes (maybe more).
Stir in brandy.
Boil until all liquid is gone (some of the meat will brown at this point).
Cool and shred.
