Mix quinoa, apples (and any other fruit you want-- if you're gonna eat it quickly, add bananas, orange, grapefruit, kiwi etc, if not apples last the longest.) Mix lime juice, honey, and cinnamon and put on quinoa and apples. Stir and chill before serving.
