This chocolate syrup rates low on the glycemic index because of the use of agave nectar and not refined sugar. Using Carob instead of Cocoa elimates the caffeine.
Put all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to blend. The mixture should look like traditional chocolate syrup.
You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 1 month in a tightly sealed container
