A moist, chewy slice which is great for a snack or as a lunch box treat for the kids. Quick and easy to make.
Preheat oven to 180'C (fan-forced 160'C) and line the base and sides of a 18 x 28cm slice pan with baking paper.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until combined.
Press mix firmly into base of slice pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and ice while still hot.
Sprinkle with extra coconut if desired.
Let cool and cut into squares to serve.
Icing:
Mix all ingredients together. Add enough hot water to make spreadable. Stir until smooth.
