Loaf bread with lots of nooks and crannies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together all ingredients, then spoon into well greased loaf pan.
Let dough rise in pan until dough reaches the top of the pan
Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
10 minutes before done, brush with melted butter.
Bread will be moist at first. Allow to COOL COMPLETELY before cutting. Makes terrific toast.
NOTE: If you use regular yeast, you will need to let is rise TWICE. Place the dough in a bowl, let it rise til it reaches the top, then punch it down and put it in the pan. Let it rise again til it reaches the top.
