Place onions in crock pot. Combine brown sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper and rub on roast. Place on onions. Combine vinegar, worcestshire sauce, pepper flakes, sugar, mustard, garlic salt, and cayenne. Drizzle 1/3 over roast. Cover and refrigerate remaining sauce. Cook on low for 10-12 hours. Drizzle 1/3 remaining sauce on in last half hour. Remove meat and onions and drain. Chopor shread meat and onions. Serve on buns.
