Set Oven at 350 deg.
REMOVE outer leaves of cabbage.
PLACE into pot and cover with boiling water.
COOK 10 minutes
(Can be done in microwave also)
BROWN onion, meat, rice in butter
ADD 1Cup boiling water and 8 oz. of tomatoe sauce.
ADD salt, pepper and savoury.
BRING to a boil.
REDUCE heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
DRAIN cabbage and separate leaves.
SPOON mixture onto leaf at core end and roll and place into heavy pot or casserole dish.
POUR remaining tomatoe sauce over rolls.
COVER and cook for 2 - 2 1/2 hour - either in oven or on top of stove.
