Suggest a better descriptionPrepare Steak to your liking Au pouve, Black & Bleu or just griddle seared. While streak is cooking on another spot of your grill add the butter, mushrooms and onions toss, add the shrimp or oysters or both toss with S & P and laddie a little white wine add the Bleu Cheese and toss. Take the steak ad cut a slit to almost butterfly the steak. Stuff with the mix ad serve with a little brown sauce.
