Suggest a better descriptionCore apples and cut into thin slices. Place in large bowl and toss with lemon juice. Add carrots and stir to combine.
In small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, honey, rice wine vinegar and salt and pepper. Pour over Apple carrot mixture. Mix in feta cheese and cranberries. Refrigerate 30-60 minutes.
