My mother started making this cake over 30 years ago and it has become a staple for all our holiday dinners and parties.
Mix dry ingredients together. Add additional items beating only enough to moisten. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cover to cool

Any icing of your choice would do but it tastes best with Cream Cheese Icing!
