Suggest a better descriptionBeat eggs, carrots, sugar and oil until wellmixed. Add rest of ingredients, beating well. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
Frosting:
1 - 8oz. Cream cheese
1 t. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
½ c. chopped pecans
stick oleo
Blend well.
