Add cake ingredients one at a time and blend well.
Cook for 50 mins at 350 if using a 9"x13" pan. Adjust cooking time for alternate pans.
ICING:
Cream together and use to ice cake, once cold.
May add 1 cup of chopped walnuts, but I never do.
Double icing quantities for a fully-iced two-layer cake.
