Sift together flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix in sugar oil and eggs and then add carrots, pineapple, and nuts.
Pour into slightly greased 13x15x2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
For the Cream Cheese Frosting mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. You can add a little milk for consistency. Cream together until fluffy.
