Mix all ingredients together. Place in jars, only fill 2/3 full as it expands. Can jars for 70 mins until they seal.
To make sauce:
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 heaping teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups boiling water
In small saucepan, mix all dry ingredients together, Stir in boiling water, heat over medium heat until bubbles and thickens.
Serve pudding heated with ice cream on top, then pour hot sauce over everything.
