Suggest a better descriptionUsing food processor if handy, grate carrots. Mix with all other ingredients, including food processed apple if desired, and chill. Very refreshing and healthy. I have seen this made with fat-free mayo but not really necessary since the orange juice/vinegar acts as a great dressing. Posted by Michelle Dick, FATFREE listowner, while list was down.
