Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375°F. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and cardamom in medium bowl. Beat 4 oz. cream cheese, butter and sugar in large bowl at medium speed 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add egg, vanilla and almond extracts; beat until combined. At low speed, beat in flour mixture.
Drop 1 tablespoon dough per cookie onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until pale brown on the bottom. Cool completely on wire rack.
Beat 4 oz. cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Slowly add 2 tablespoons milk, adding additional milk, if necessary, to desired glaze consistency. Drizzle over cookies; decorate with sprinkles. Let stand until set.
