Suggest a better descriptionCut Chicken into 1 inch pieces.
Prepare Seasoning Sauce: Water, Sherry, Soy Sauce, Corn Syrup, Vinegar, and Cornstarch.
Add 1/2 of the oil to the wok and preheat.
Add Chicken and cook until white. Then remove from wok.
Add additional oil, green pepper and cashews. Stir Fry for about 1/2 a minute, making sure that the peppers and cashews don't stick.
Add onions, garlic, ginger, and red pepper. Stir Fry for one minute.
Stir seasoning sauce then add to the center of the wok. Add chicken and Stir Fry until sauce thickens.
NOTE: Can add extra veggies like Brocoli, mushrooms etc.
