Notenpudding die je kan aanvullen met wat fruit of granola
- Week de cashewnoten 10 minuten in water.
- Mix ondertussen de overige ingrediƫnten in de blender.
- Voeg de uitgelekte cashewnoten toe en mix tot het geheel romig wordt. Dit duurt ongeveer 2 minuten, afhankelijk van de blender.
- Als het niet romig wordt, voeg dan geleidelijk een beetje water toe.
- In plaats van zoetmiddel, kan je ook wat vers fruit gebruiken.
- Je kan dit eventueel serveren met wat granola.
