On a bowl, add the cassava flour and the salt and mix them.
Add 1/2 cup of the water, 1/2 of the oil and 1/2 cup of the milk and mix them by hand until it becomes a thick flour.
Add the rest of the water, oil and milk and mix them with a big spoon until you have a uniform paste.
Add the egg and mix until it incorporates to the paste completely. Paste will be creamy and dense.
Fill up a piping bag with the paste and make small and thin lines of paste on the tray 3/4 inch a part.
Bake them at 450F for about 20 mim.
