Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray 11x15 baking dish with a non-stick spray.
Slice and remove seeds from yellow pepper. In a large frying pan, add sausage, onion, yellow pepper, garlic and butter. Cook over medium-high heat until meats have browned and onion is translucent.
Wash potatoes and quarter. Clean and cut carrots (julienne). Drain green beans. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, carrots, green beans and 1/4 cup oil. Toss to combine.
In a small bowl, combine Slap Ya Mama, garlic powder, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle over veggies and stir.
In 11x15 baking dish combine veggies and meat ingredients.
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour on 400 degrees.
