Cornbread with 4 ingredients
Preheat oven to 450 with cast iron skillet inside.
After pre-heating is complete, whisk oil and egg together in bowl.
Mix in buttermilk and cornmeal.
Take out skillet and pour mixture into skillet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
To cook in 9 x 13 pan, double the recipe, grease pan, and do not preheat pan in oven.
