If you love Salad and Taco`s, then this recipe is for you. It's a classic that is a favorite in my house. You can also alter it to make it your own.
Combine Tomato, Cheese, Onion, Lettuce and Meat in a large bowl. Add the Catalina and mix well. Just before serving, add crushed Doritos, tossing to combine. Top each serving with Salsa, and if you want, Sour Cream. Serve with additional Doritos. Refrigerate leftovers.
