Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook bacon in medium skillet, until almost crisp. Drain on paper towel lined plate, set aside. Save 1 Tbsp bacon drippings for cooking Brussel sprouts
2. Place Brussel sprouts on large baking sheet. Drizzle with reserved bacon drippings, sprinkle 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Toss to coat. Spread out on baking sheet.
3. Roast 30 min or until Brussel sprouts are browned. Turning once.
4. Combine butter and honey in medium bowl , mix well. Add roasted Brussel sprouts, stir until completely coated. Stir in bacon and season with additional salt and pepper.
