Mom's recipe
- Cut up cauliflower; mix with canola oil and roast in over on 400 degrees for about 30-45 min (until caulflower is almost done).
- in nonstick pan, add a bit of oil, saute onions, then add ground beef and pepper until fully cooked
- add roasted cauliflower; water and bouillon cube and half of the lemon's juice and bring up to a boil.
- in a mortar add garlic and about 1 tbs of salt and crush until a paste is formed
- just before serving, add garlic paste and handfull of cilantro and bring up to a boil.
- serve over rice.
