Breadsticks made from cauliflower is tastier than you think. Give it a try! All ingredients are organic and healthy.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix cauliflower, egg, and 3/4 shredded mozzarella together in a bowl until combined (I used my food processor for this). Place foil or parchment paper on a cookie sheet and grease the foil or paper with coconut oil. Pour mixture onto foil and spread, the mixture does not have to reach the entire pan. It should be about 1 1/2 inches thick. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Make a second sheet of foil same size greased with coconut oil. Take cookie pan and flip onto second sheet of foil in order to cook the other side of mixture in oven on cookie pan. Increase oven to 450 F and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Once done cut the "bread" into sections to resemble sticks (a pizza cutter works well). Sprinkle garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Bake at 450 F until cheese is melted, about another 10-15 minutes. Puree diced tomatoes in a small chopper and use as your sauce for the "bread" sticks.
