Suggest a better description1. Bring pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
2. Meanwhile heat broth in a pot over medium high heat. Add cauliflower and cook until tender. 10- 15 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Heat butter in a skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Transfer to blender or food processor.
4. In batches, transfer cauliflower and broth to blender or food processor. Add nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
5. Return mix to pot and add heavy cream and pasta water. Stir to combine and heat until warm.
6. Serve over pasta.
