Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
Heat olive oil and cook garlic until soft, about 2 minutes.
Process cauliflower, half at a time, in food processor until creamy.
Blend in garlic, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, salt and black pepper.
