Low carb veggie snack
Grate flower parts of cauliflower head. Mix with 1/2 tsp. salt and let sit 20 minutes.
Put cauliflower in cloth and squeeze out liquid by twisting.
Place this cauliflower in mixing bowl with rest of ingredients (olive oil, garlic, chives, eggs, basil, salt & pepper, and Parmesan).
Form into 6 flatten rectangles. Place on flipped-over jelly roll pan (to avoid burning), covered with parchment paper.
Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Serve with ketchup, if desired.
