In a large serving bowl or trifle bowl, layer lettuce, cauliflower, onion, peas, cheddar and bacon.
In a small bowl, combine salad dressing, parmesan, sugar and mustard. Sperad evenly over bacon. Cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
