Clean fresh cauliflower and cut florets into smaller pieces. Boil
Cauliflower til tender. Drain REALLY well then place into
Food processor, adding rest of ingredient. Process until smooth,
Add more cream cheese and/ or parm cheese or butter to taste.
(If mixture is runny, you can add a teaspoon at a time of instant mashed potatoes. I found that if you drain cauliflower really well, they turn out fine.)
Add roasted garlic cloves! Raw garlic is too strong! 1-2 roasted is cloves enough
