Preheat oven to 450
Cut Cauliflower into florets/chunks
Steam the Cauliflower for 8-10 minutes then let cool for 5 minutes
Then put Cauliflower in oven proof dish/casserole and add the bacon and green onions
In a saucepan over low-medium heat, melt the butter and then add cream and cream cheese
Sprinkle garlic power over cream cheese and whisk until smooth
Reduce heat and stir in 1 cup of the cheddar cheese - stir/whisk until cheese has melted/dissolved
Mix cheese sauce with Cauliflower, bacon and green onions
Top with remaining cup of cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the top is crispy and browning
Remove from the oven and serve
