Grind cauliflower, strain out water using towel, add chia seeds soaked in water 2 Tbs, add flax meal 1 Tbs, 1/2 cup flour, dash soya sauce, salt pepper, Thyme and oregano, 1/4 cup water. Mix together, spread on well greased paper. Bake in oven for 20 min at 200oc. Add toppings: sardines and sundries tomatoes, and peppers and tomatoes, then sprinkle with olives, feta. Bake for 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
