A healthy pizza crust for anyone who has a gluten allergy, is on a diet or is just trying to eat more veggies!
Cook cauliflower either on the stove or in the microwave
Rice/mash the cauliflower in food processor or blender
Mix egg, cauliflower, oregano, and 1/2 cup of mozzarella in a bowl
Spread mixture on baking pan or parchment paper.
Make sure not to spread mix too thin otherwise the crust will not get crispy and will make it difficult to hold
Cook crust in oven at 450 degrees for 15-20 until lightly browned
Add desired toppings and place back on the oven for another 10-15 minutes
Allow 5 minutes to cool
