Steam one head of cauliflower with one clove of garlic.
put steamed cauliflower and clove of garlic in a food processor with 1/4 cup mayo and one squeeze of lemon.
Sometimes you can add a little chicken broth if it’s too dry.
Food processor until smooth and add salt and pepper to taste the consistency should end up about that of mashed potatoes
Don’t put too many pieces of cauliflower in the food processor at the same time
