1 Boil water in a large pot .
2 Drop the Cauliflower after removing all green stems into the boiling water for 5-8 Minutes - when done remove from boiling water.
3 Cool the Cauliflower with cold water Immediately (to prevent any more cooking to it) and put for 5 min. into the freezer.
4 After it cools completely cut into Florets.
5 In a Bowel beat eggs and add salt & pepper.
6 Immerse each piece in eggs then deep-fry till golden brown.
7 Drain on absorbent paper ( Paper towels ) then sprinkle a little salt
