Cook noodles according to package. Drain. Set aside.
Brown ground beef; Drain grease.
Add onion, green pepper, seasonings & sauce to ground beef.
Add pasta to sauce mixture.
Place pasta mixture in pan; top with slices of pepperoni and mozzarella. Cover with Saran wrap and foil.
Bake 45 minutes.
