Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta and drain. Brown beef, onion and pepper. Stir in pepperoni and drain. Add sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Arrange half of the pasta in baking pan. Spoon half of the meat sauce onto the pasta and then add a layer of cottage cheese. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella then repeat layers omitting the cottage cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
