Cooked chicken can be kept on hand by preparing quantities in advance and freezing them. Packages of precooked chicken are also available in the supermarket freezer section.
Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water. In very large bowl, combine all ingredients except whipping cream. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours to blend flavors. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream. Serve in 1 cup servings.
TIP:
* To toast almonds, spread almonds evenly on cookie sheet; bake at 375F for 5 to 10 minutes until light golden brown.
