Chicken Breast with sauteed celery and onions
Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Add Mrs. Dash to chicken breast (to taste) and place on a lightly sprayed baking pan. Bake 30-45 minutes or until cooked through.
While chicken is baking, spray a frying pan with coconut oil and saute celery and onions on medium-medium high with pepper to taste.
Serve chicken over a starch and cover with celery/onion mixture.
if you would like to use a higher heat for your celery/onions you can cook them faster, but use olive oil; coconut oil will start to burn and smoke with too much heat.
