Sweet
1. Stir together first 6 ingred.
2. Beat butter and sugar at med speed with an electric mixer 2-3 min or until creamy. Add molasses and egg, beating until well blended. Gradually add flour mixture, beating just until blended after each addition. Cover and chill 2-4 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 325?. Shape dough into 1 in balls; roll in demerara sugar to coat. Place balls 2 in apart on 2 parchement papaer lined baking sheets. Flatten balls slightly with bottom of glass.
4. Bake in batches for 12-15 min. Cool on baking sheets 2 min. Transfer to wire racks and cool 10 min.
