Juice Lemons. In large bowl add shrimp, chopped onion, and minced serrano chiles. Pour lemon juice over and stir. Leave to marinate in juice until the rest of the chopping is done.
Chop/dice tomatoes, avacado, cucumbers, cilantro, mangos and add to the shrimp mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Pour enough Clamato juice until all veggies are just covered.
Add the Tapatio hot sauce to taste .......at least 10 shakes.
This is best refrigerated overnight........but if you don't have time.....enjoy anyway!!!
Serve with baked Doritos chips....
