Bring One cup of water to a boil. Add 2 chai tea bags and steep for 5 minutes. You want to have a strong tea so you can taste it in the milk and brown sugar. Pour it in a glass and while it is still hot stir 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar, depending on how sweet you want it. Then add ? cup evaporated milk and normal milk and stir. Then add tapioca pearls.
You can add more or less sugar and/or milk
Make the tea as strong as possible so it is not overwhelmed by the milk and sugar
