Chai Latte or Smoothie :
1 cup boiling water for hot OR 1/4 cold water and 6 ice cubes
1 teaspoon Chai Turmeric Mix
1 tea. coconut oil
1 tea. vanilla extract
1/16 tea. stevia 95% or sweetener of choice
1/4 c. nut milk - almond, macadamia nut, coconut
1 tea. cocoa powder (optional)
1 tea. chia seeds (optional) for protein
1 tea. collagen (optional) for joint health
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Blend with stick blender in a container 3 times as deep as your drink, turmeric stains so don't let it fly out. :)
OR Blend cold with ice cubes in a blender for a spiced smoothie.
