Pressure cook overnight soaked chana
Blanch the tomatoes, remove the skin and puree it
Take a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, cinnamon, clove and cardamom
Now add the chopped onion and green chilies
Once onions becomes golden, add ginger&garlic paste, cooked chana into to the pan. Mix it well
Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, chana masala and salt
Then tomato puree and enough water to cover the chana masala
Finally transfer the chana masala into cooker and pressure cook it for 1 whistle.
Garnish with coriander.
For puri
Add flour, rava, salt, sugar, soda in a bowl and mix them well.
Gradually add curd and mix it well. Now add little water and knead it to a dough.
Rest it for 30 minutes.
Later apply ghee on to the dough and knead it for 2-3min
Make round puris out of the dough and deep fry them in hot oil.
Serve it with chana masala
