1. Pour oil into a big pot/karahi/wok.
2. Add onions and ginger together and fry until light gold.
3. Add sliced chilliest and cook for 3 min
4. Add spices and half a cup of water
5. Wash and pour in 1.5 cans of chickpeas
6. Keep adding little tablespoons of water
7. Mash the remaining 0.5 chickpeas and add in to the mixture
8. Add in a bit of water, put the lid on and slow cook.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander and fresh gingers slices
