In small bowl, stir together hoisin sauce, peanut butter and vinegar until smooth; reserve 1/3 cup for dipping sauce. Heat broiler; thread steak onto 4 skewers; place on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with half of the remaining hoisin sauce mixture. Broil 4-6 inches from heat 5-7 minutes for medium-rare or until desired doneness, turning once and brushing with sauce halfway through. Serve sprinkled with peanuts. Pass reservedhoisin sauce mixture for dipping.
