about a lb. of pork shoulder into a big ziplock bag. And let marinate for 24 to 48 hours.
Place on rack in a 400 degree oven. After 15 minutes remove, baste, and return to the oven. Remove after 7 mins, baste a second time. Return to the oven for another 7 mins.
Remove from oven, baste and let set for 10 to 15 minutes. Then serve.
