Suggest a better descriptionCombine olive oil and remaining ingredients in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish and stir well.
Add shrimp and stir gently.
(If using wood skewers be sure and soak them in water while the shrimp is marinating)
Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
Remove shrimp from marinade and place shrimp on the skewers.
Grill over medium hot coals for 3 to 4 minutes on each side while basting frequently with marinade.
Do not over cook.
