Marinierter & gerollter Schweinebauch
- Schweinebauch rollen
- In einen Topf mit klatem wasser geben & 20 min Sieden
- Schweinebauch kalt abwaschen & von "Schmutz" befreien , Topf auswaschen
- Schweinebauch zurück in den Topf, mit klatem Wasser bedecken (+2cm) & Pilze hinzugeben
- Bei mittlerer Hitze zum köcheln bringen
- Zucker und Salz hinzugeben und für 1 Std weiter kochen
- Sojasauce, Mirin & Sake hinzugeben und für 1 Std weiter köcheln lassen
- Schweinebauch im Topf auskühlen lassen und dann in den Kühlschrank stellen
- Sauce filtern und abfüllen (kann als Fond oder Marinade gebraucht werden)
